From social media presence to professional digital platform.
A digital transformation project for a döner and pizza restaurant in the Czech Republic — consolidating fragmented ordering channels and providing professional service in three languages through a centralized web platform.
Strong on social, missing from the web.
The restaurant had a vibrant social media presence, but no professional website. Customers couldn't view menus or place orders from a central location. Orders coming through Foodora, phone calls, and WhatsApp were becoming difficult to manage.
Additionally, customers requested service in multiple languages — a capability the existing setup couldn't deliver.
Building a centralized digital hub.
We built a comprehensive, multi-language website for the restaurant. The core objective: allow the owner to update the menu in one place, with those changes instantly reflected across all languages and all ordering channels.
Ordering channels were clearly separated. Corporate orders via Foodora, in-person orders, phone orders, and WhatsApp inquiries — each had its own domain and clear workflow.
Single source of truth, streamlined management, growing customer base.
Once the sites went live, menu changes rippled through all language versions and order systems within minutes. Customers no longer had to check multiple platforms to see what was available.
Brand identity — logo, colors, typography — became consistent across all digital touchpoints. The restaurant's professional image started on social media and now carried through to the web.
Image optimization, a simplified architecture and static delivery cut first load to a fifth of what it was.
The three-language content structure and regional SEO work multiplied visitors arriving from search.
check_circleLocation and Directions
Location and travel details were gathered into a single section, so a guest never has to leave the site to work out how to get there.
- Google Maps placement — the restaurant's location is shown inline through an embedded map.
- Directions handoff — the “Get directions” button opens the device's own map app straight into navigation mode.
travel_exploreSEO and Google My Business
Technical SEO and the local business profile were set up together, so the restaurant surfaces for people searching nearby.
- Schema markup — Restaurant, Menu and LocalBusiness schemas let the menu and opening hours appear as rich results.
- Regional SEO — content structured around location-led keyword clusters in all three languages.
- Google My Business — profile details, imagery, menu link and opening hours optimized.
Simple architecture, powerful management tools.
The technical foundation centers on centralized data management and multi-language support. The restaurant owner can update menus, hours, and contact information without any coding.
